Dove Hunting

At Estancia La Criolla you’ll find endless dove shooting every day of the season across our 10,000 acres of private land plus 25,000 leased acres. Surrounded by roosts and crop fields that host millions of doves, our strategic location and layout mean short drives—and several walk‑to blinds—so you spend more time shooting and less time traveling.

Mixed Bag

We offer an excellent mixed‑wingshooting program for guests who enjoy variety. Our region allows hunters to combine dove, duck, partridge and fishing from the same lodge. State seasons for ducks and partridge typically run from May through July.

Cast and Blast & Big Game

Our warmer months are perfect for the cast and blast experience. Enjoy the best of both worlds, combine the best dove hunting with Dorado fishing starting in September all the way to December. We also coordinate hunts with trusted outfitters in the area for Blackbuck, Axis deer, hogs and water buffalo.

The Lodge

Built in 1917 and owned by the Druetto family since 1953, Estancia La Criolla is one of the most authentic wing-shooting and fishing lodges in Argentina. Located in the province of Santa Fe, the estancia combines historic charm with first-rate guiding and access to outstanding waterfowl and dove shooting. Duck season runs May to July, with morning duck hunts at sunrise, while the afternoons bring Argentina’s famous high‑volume dove shooting — La Criolla sits within one of the province’s major roosting areas.

Private Landing Strip

The only hunting lodge in Santa Fe with a private airstrip. Arrive by 90‑minute charter directly to our runway, enjoy lunch at the estancia, and be in the field for dove hunting that same afternoon — an effortless, exclusive start to your estancia experience.

With an on‑property dove roost and strategically placed blinds, hunters can be in the field minutes after breakfast. Short transfers and nearby stands mean relaxed mornings, lunch and nap at the lodge and longer afternoons in prime hunting areas.
